Launched in April 2022 as part of the Panasonic Group’s transition to a holding company structure, Panasonic Connect needed to clarify its role and value to society. I&CO helped develop a unified corporate purpose and accompanying brand initiatives to engage all stakeholders.

Uniting a new company under one purpose
Panasonic Connect combined various domains, including supply chain, public services, lifestyle infrastructure, and entertainment. This diverse mix required a unified framework to align aspirations across all domains and countries.

Bringing vision to life across touchpoints
I&CO guided Panasonic Connect in developing its corporate purpose, visual identity, and brand films that communicated the company's aspirations and services.
We developed a visual identity that showcases Panasonic Connect’s commitment to being deeply integrated into frontline operations, or GEMBA, while contributing to society by connecting people, products, and technology. The letters “C” and “O” in the logo symbolize “Connecting” and “Together,” reflecting the brand’s spirit of co-creation.
To bring the brand to life, we directed brand films to communicate the company’s vision through a forward-looking narrative, integrating people and technology. I&CO also directed a series of case study films to showcase employees in action.
