As a team dedicated to building diverse new businesses from OMRON’s core technologies, IXI needed to stand apart and express what made it unique. I&CO developed a central brand concept that captured the organization’s character, culture, and mission in a way that felt both authentic and inspiring.

As a team dedicated to building diverse new businesses from OMRON’s core technologies, IXI needed to stand apart and express what made it unique. I&CO developed a central brand concept that captured the organization’s character, culture, and mission in a way that felt both authentic and inspiring.

Designing a brand narrative inside and out
Designing a brand narrative inside and out
I&CO developed a brand narrative that captured the essence of IXI’s business, values, and culture. Based on interviews with employees, the narrative was translated into brand guidelines and communication materials for use across both internal and external channels.
In addition, we supported IXI's recruitment efforts by creating a slide deck that introduced the company's business focus, work culture, and hiring opportunities in a clear, engaging format. We also produced a series of editorial pieces to give prospective candidates an inside look at what it’s like to work at IXI.
