As consumer needs evolved rapidly, Panasonic sought a way to gather direct user feedback earlier in the product development cycle. This required moving away from its long-standing practice of releasing only fully finished products and embracing a more open, collaborative process.

I&CO conceived and created EPYTOTORP, a platform that enabled users to rent or purchase early-stage prototypes and contribute feedback based on daily use.
I&CO developed the full e-commerce experience to ensure a seamless, self-sustaining cycle of testing, learning, and iteration. This included a visual identity that made the iterative nature of prototyping visible at a glance.
By embedding user insights directly into the development process, the platform created a continuous loop between customers and the brand, shifting the focus from perfectionism to co-creation and speed.
