In an era where shopping often begins and ends on a person's phone, UNIQLO needed to elevate its e-commerce experience to make shopping fun, simple, and integrated across every channel.

Designing a seamless UNIQLO experience across channels

I&CO concepted and designed a new site, bringing the best of UNIQLO into the mobile experience while connecting to the features and services across its thousands of stores.

I&CO designed the new UNIQLO.com to make it easier than ever to find and buy the right clothing. Since many UNIQLO customers are loyalists who shop year-round and across channels, we leveraged personalization and connected the experience to the features and services of physical retail.

In addition, I&CO tailored the mobile site design to accommodate trends in hardware design. Over the past decade, the size of mobile devices has increased by 60%, yet mobile e-commerce design has remained largely unchanged. In response, I&CO devised a navigational system that allows users to find everything effortlessly with just one thumb.
