New tools and insights for business owners

I&CO went beyond designing a mobile app—we reimagined how users interact with their business data. Using customer feedback, reviews, interviews, and call center insights, we identified pain points and opportunities to streamline workflows.

We built an intuitive navigation system linking transactions, settlements, and invoices. Within the system were customizable notifications for critical, time-sensitive updates, and dynamic guidance that empowered users to self-serve confidently while reducing reliance on customer support.
