Fuji Oil Group operates across multiple markets throughout APAC. To make the group's trust visible at every touchpoint, I&CO redesigned its core brand surfaces and developed implementation guidelines calibrated to each market's printing and operational conditions.

A group identity spread thin

A group identity spread thin

Across Fuji Oil Group's APAC markets, each operating in its own commercial environment, brand expression had diverged across business cards, packaging, and other key touchpoints, eroding the legibility of the group's identity while local teams retained their operational independence.

Building the brand infrastructure that makes trust legible

Building the brand infrastructure that makes trust legible

I&CO redesigned Fuji Oil Group's identity through its two most direct touchpoints: the business card and product packaging.

For business cards, I&CO introduced a shared format anchored by a distinctive design detail—Fuji Oil's corporate colors framing the right and top edges of the card. Simple and immediate, the device signals group membership at a glance without overriding each subsidiary's individual identity.

For product packaging, I&CO restructured the visual system across 3 categories and 13 SKUs, rationalizing color usage and compositional hierarchy to improve shelf visibility and create clear differentiation between SKUs.

I&CO then translated this system into design guidelines and application rules calibrated to each APAC market's printing and operational conditions, giving regional teams the tools to implement and maintain the identity independently.
