Experienced in scoping large engagements and developing project plans

You Will
You Will
Be responsible for the project management process, including project planning, scoping, contract development, budgeting, resource planning, risk management and project delivery. You will understand and consider different approaches to delivering the project and choose the best process to deliver the strongest work.
Manage clients as our day-to-day point of contact for project delivery
Manage meetings including: creating meeting agendas with objectives, facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders to ensure they stay on task, taking clear notes for the team and defining clear next steps
Work with clients to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations
Support the efforts to qualify, assess and focus on new business and new project opportunities
Work with a small multi-disciplinary team. You’ll partner closely with strategy and design colleagues to create elegant but practical solutions to project challenges, and ensure the team is aligned on objectives, process, client requirements and feedback.
Involve senior leadership proactively to ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and mitigate any type of foreseeable project risk

You Have
You Have
6+ years work experience at a creative agency or relevant industry
Worked on a variety of project types including digital product design and development, service design, branding, strategy, etc.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with and interest in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices
Strong relationship building skills
A desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
Ability to travel as needed for client business
6+ years work experience at a creative agency or relevant industry

Salary range starting at $115,000.
